Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Bianka White Art, showcasing artwork by Bianka.
Thank you for purchasing my original artwork. I take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle and ship your order.
Shipping Methods:
- Original Paintings on Canvas: Our canvas paintings are carefully packed and secured with protective padding to ensure they are well-protected during transit.
- Paper Art: Artwork on paper will be gently rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent any damage.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–4 working days
- European Union: 7–12 working days
- Rest of World: 10–12 working days
These delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
The our original artworks that is created or finished in oils, require several weeks to dry completely. We aim to ship your purchase within above timeframe, however in some cases it may take 2-4 weeks of the order date to allow sufficient drying time and ensure the artwork is ready for safe transport.
If, for any reason, your artwork needs a little longer time in the studio, we will contact you directly to discuss the timeline.
Depending on the destination, shipping times may vary. We use trusted couriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Packaging and Handling:
- Every piece is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
- We use high-quality materials to protect your artwork during shipping, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.
Estimated delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates do not include production time.
Duties, Taxes & Customs ChargesFor all international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.
Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.
These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.
Bianka White Art is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to duties, taxes and customs charges, a minimum of a £65 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
Shipping DelaysWe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal services
- Customs clearance or border controls
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Events outside our reasonable control, including weather disruption or industrial action
Risk & Title
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once your order has been dispatched and handed to the delivery carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery details.
International OrdersInternational orders may be subject to customs checks and local import regulations. While we take steps to support smooth delivery, customs processing times and requirements vary by country and are outside our control.
