Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing our original artworks. We hope you are delighted with your new piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our refunds policy carefully.
EU and UK customers: in addition to this policy, you have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel your order within 14 days. See our Right of Withdrawal and Right to Cancel page for full details.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This does not apply to commissioned or bespoke pieces, which are covered under Commissioned Artwork below.
Changed your mind?
If you let us know before your order goes into production, or dispatched we will cancel and refund you in full, with nothing to return. Just email: biankawhite.art@hotmail.com
Once your order has been made and dispatched, you can still return a standard item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For orders shipped outside the EU and UK, a full refund is only available if you cancel before production. Once in production or dispatched, postage is non-refundable.
To Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at biankawhite.art@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important: All returns must be sent via recorded delivery to our return address. We are not liable for items lost in transit and recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for any delivery issues.
Please note, postage costs are non-refundable.
Kindly reach out before sending your item back. We reserve the right to decline orders where our returns policy is being misused.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your artwork arrives defective, damaged, faulty, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible that we can assess the issue and make it right. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom commissioned artworks cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for original artworks. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item as per our returns policy and make a new purchase separately.
Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned pieces are created specifically to your brief and are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right. If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, Bianka White Art reserves the right to retain 50% of the total commission value.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the artwork was damaged or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the real cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
