Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is via DHL EXPRESS to ensure that deliveries arrive safe, sound and within a few business days(depending on country/zone)

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 3–4 working days
• European Union: 7–12 working days
• Rest of World: 10–12 working days

Yes, all original paintings arrive hand-signed together with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Original art is art that was created by the artist, by hand. It's a one-of-a-kind.

A print is a high-quality image reproduction of an original artwork, that is then printed onto a new material like paper or canvas . Art prints allow people to own and enjoy a copy of an artwork that may not be accessible or affordable in its original form.

Commissioning art is the process of hiring an artist to create an original piece/pieces of artwork, based on certain requests. 

My commissions are closed at the moment, as right now I'm dedicated to creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and I am focused on releasing new collections regularly.

No. Unfortunately we do not offer payments plans.

You will receive an automated email with your order number once you place an order. Often then emails can end up in your junk. If you cannot find it in your junk or have accidentally deleted it, please email us so that we can resend it to you.

UK: Prices listed include UK VAT, as required for UK customers. Shipping is calculated at checkout.(depending on the artwork size and weight)

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, local customs in your country may apply import duties or taxes once the artwork arrives. These charges aren’t included at checkout and are handled by your local postal service or courier.

Every country is a little different — We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees! If you have questions, we’re happy to try our best to help and guide you. 

If you've changed your mind about your order please get in touch as soon as possible via email. 

If you let us know before your order goes into production and before your order has been dispatched, we will cancel and refund you in full.

Once the order has been processed we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel it.

You can still return a standard item within 14 days of receiving it.  To initiate a return, please contact us at biankawhite.art@hotmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You arrange and pay for the return, the artwork should be unused and in its original condition and packaging, we refund you once it reaches us after  examination.

For orders shipped outside the EU and UK, a full refund is only available if you cancel before production. Once in production or dispatched, postage is non-refundable.
