To withdraw from your order, you must tell us your decision by a clear statement. You can use our model of the withdrawal form below, or send any other clear written statement to our email: biankawhite.art@hotmail.com. 

When you email us your statement you will receive a confirmation by email (please check your spam or junk folder).

Tip: cancel before your order goes into production and save the return cost. 

If you contact us at biankawhite.art@hotmail.com before your order is made, we will cancel and refund you in full, with nothing to return and no return postage to pay. Your 14-day right of withdrawal below still applies after your order has been made and delivered; in that case you arrange a return (as per our Return Policy) and pay the return postage.

1. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered as several separate items, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right, you must tell us your decision by a clear statement. You can:

• Complete the model withdrawal form below and email it to us; or
• Send any other clear statement of your decision on our email: biankawhite.art@hotmail.com

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any extra cost arising from your choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. 

4. Returning the goods

To arrange your return (read our Return Policy), contact us at biankawhite.art@hotmail.com and we will give you the return address and instructions. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For us, this means commissioned and bespoke pieces created to your own brief. Our prints, framed and embellished pieces, and ready-made original artworks are standard items, so the 14-day right applies to them. Where an item is excluded, we will say so clearly on the product page before you buy.

Right to Cancel (UK customers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The length of the cancellation period, the way it is calculated, the effects of cancelling, the arrangements and deadline for returning the goods, and your liability for any diminished value are the same as set out in points 1, 3 and 4 above for EU customers.

Commissioned and bespoke pieces created to your own brief are not covered by this right, as set out in point 5 above.
